The loader fetches 9 bits per byte while checking for and loading lead-in bytes.
The first bit is just shifted out of the byte and ignored.
Before the sequence of lead-in bytes there always seems to be this sequence

The values are 9 bits and in hexadecimal.

Checksum:
EOR of all payload bytes and the checksum byte that follows the data should cancel out to 0x00.
Trailer:
Files seems to have a single byte trailer with the value 0x80.
